Who can apply for PASED membership?+
Any self-employed driver in the Philippines — Grab, Lalamove, Angkas, Joyride, inDrive, Transportify, Maxim, and more. As long as you drive for a living, PASED is for you.
How long does approval take?+
Most applications are reviewed within 24 hours. Applicants with complete information may be approved the same day. You'll receive an email notification once your status changes.
Is there a membership fee?+
PASED membership details and any applicable fees are disclosed during the application process. Check the membership page or contact an officer for the latest information on membership tiers.
How do I get my Digital ID?+
Once your application is approved, go to pased.online/id.html, enter your membership number, and your Digital ID will be generated instantly. You can download it as a PNG or share the link.
How do I file a complaint or case?+
Go to pased.online/cases.html, fill out the case form, and submit it. An officer will be assigned to your case and will follow up within the SLA period (usually 3–5 business days).
Can I check my application status online?+
Yes! Visit pased.online/check-status.html and enter your membership number or registered email to see your current application status in real time.
