Use this page to manage all officer portal credentials. You are the only one who can create, edit, deactivate, or delete officer accounts.
⚠️ Before deleting: Deactivate first whenever possible. Deactivation preserves case history and approval records. Delete only when the account has no related records.
🔒 CEO accounts are protected — they cannot be deactivated or deleted from this page.
✏️ Edit lets you update name, role, and chapter without recreating the account.
